How do renewals and expiries work?
You will be notified one month and one week before your subscription ends. You can contact us directly to initiate a renewal or we will also contact you for the matter.
Can I use the software on multiple devices?
Yes, as long as you’re using the same licensed trading account and follow your plan’s license terms.
Can I switch my license to a different account later?
Yes. Contact support with your old and new account details and we’ll assist with the change.
How does licensing work at a high level?
Each subscription includes a license that’s linked to your trading account(s) to prevent unauthorized use.
